We help individuals secure or maintain housing with:
Move-in Support: First month’s rent and deposit covered for those with verified employment and rent that’s no more than one-third of their income.
Eviction Prevention: Emergency assistance for individuals facing eviction, with proof of employment and a posted eviction notice.

Down Payment Assistance: Up to $15,000 for first-time homebuyers who qualify for a home loan.
Foreclosure Relief: One month of mortgage assistance for working individuals facing temporary hardship.
Some housing providers have specific requirements—such as being over 21, having a job within the first week, or being free from recent hospitalizations or suicide attempts. Others are more flexible.
