Our Mission is to Provide Safe and Affordable Housing to Those Struggling with Homelessness Reintegration or Substance Use Disorder

Housing Assistance in Colorado

We're here to help individuals and families in Colorado find stable supportive housing. Our services are designed to meet people where they are.

We connect those in recovery and reintegration with sober living and structured housing tailored to their needs. We also offer rental assistance for individuals with steady income, including help with first month’s rent and deposit, or emergency support to prevent eviction.

For those working toward long-term stability, we’re building resources to assist first-time homebuyers with down payments of up to $15,000, and to provide short-term mortgage help for working individuals facing foreclosure. No matter your situation, our goal is to support your next step toward lasting housing security.

What We Offer

Recovery and Reintegration Housing

We offer structured, supportive housing for individuals in substance use recovery and those reintegrating into the community.

Whether someone is newly out of a program, returning from incarceration, or simply seeking stability during a major life change, our housing options provide the foundation needed to move forward.

Rental Assistance

We help individuals secure or maintain housing with:

Move-in Support: First month’s rent and deposit covered for those with verified employment and rent that’s no more than one-third of their income.

Eviction Prevention: Emergency assistance for individuals facing eviction, with proof of employment and a posted eviction notice.

Homeownership Support

We’re working toward helping individuals take the next step in housing stability:

Down Payment Assistance: Up to $15,000 for first-time homebuyers who qualify for a home loan.

Foreclosure Relief: One month of mortgage assistance for working individuals facing temporary hardship.

Not Every House is Right for Every Person

Some housing providers have specific requirements—such as being over 21, having a job within the first week, or being free from recent hospitalizations or suicide attempts. Others are more flexible. We’ll work with you to find an option that fits your situation. If you have been denied housing before for any reason, please reach out to see if we have a placement for you.
